Our Program

Want to take your game to the next level? Dope Athletics Sports Performance program provides training catered to each individual athlete based on personal goals and sport-specific demands. Our program focuses on improving and developing our athletes in areas of speed, agility, explosiveness, energy systems and overall power. We utilize functional movements to support the physical demands of the sport and work to build the necessary strength to decrease the risk of injury and aid weaknesses.

Dope Athletics constantly tests and retests athletic measurements, using leading edge technology, to ensure every athlete is making the progressive steps necessary to reach his or her goals. Our athletic program combines training, technology, injury prevention and nutrition, to ensure optimal performance for the preseason, in-season, and off-season of any sport.
